There is an art to being who you really are in this world

The title of this post seems redundant, but it is not.

When we are born into this world, we are like a beautiful blank page and we have a deep connection with our most intimate self, the one that is unique. We soon receive a name, learning to walk, talk, give names and meanings to everything in ourselves and around us. We learn to see life through the lenses of our parents, caregivers, school, media, society and so on. Along the way, it is very easy to lose who we really are.

We learn to judge what is beautiful, what is ugly, what is right, what is wrong and often this becomes an immense void within us. Remembering who we really are during this whole process is truly an art. And if you are feeling this “void” at this moment, it is because you have forgotten who you really are.
How many times do we demand that our children follow the career that we think is ideal. But ideal for whom?

We live in a world that will be completely changed in a few years. Technology is advancing non-stop and this will not go back. Professions that have not even been invented yet will be the professions of our children tomorrow and who knows, maybe even ours. Do you realize how time is passing much faster? The advent of technology.

So, if we really want to find ourselves in front of the millions of information that we receive every day, we need to take a break. The point is not to discover who you really are, but rather to remember, because everything is there inside you and has always been there. You have simply been so conditioned that you have forgotten. I say this from my own experience, from self-observation and observation of the outside world.

Immersing yourself within yourself is finding the right answers in this life. But we have to be realistic, the path is often steep, however, I can assure you that it is worth every step.
